Under the direction of a Public Safety Dispatch Supervisor II, planning, organizing and assigning work to communications center personnel; ability to work a variety of shifts - including holidays and weekends; prepare performance evaluations, quality assurance reviews, custodian of records requests, monthly CHP 100PSD forms, civilians' complaints, injury and illness reports; monitor/manage critical incidents; ability to perform dispatch duties using InformCAD; provide direction and assistance to subordinate personnel and other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions

VCC is on a 4/10 alternate work week. Quarterly sign-ups are done on a seniority basis. Daily use of computer requiring typing and sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
