As a Public Relations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our live event marketing initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:

• Serve as the face of the organization at events, effectively communicating our mission, core values, and brand messages to attendees.
• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of live events, including setup, breakdown, and attendee engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, influencers, and event attendees to enhance brand visibility and foster community ties.
• Engage with event attendees, answer questions, distribute promotional materials, and provide event-related information.
• Collect and analyze feedback from event attendees to evaluate event success and provide insights for future improvements.

Qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: No prior professional experience required; however, internships or volunteer work in event marketing, public relations, or community engagement is a plus.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently represent the brand and engage with diverse groups. Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.
