We are looking for a motivated and energetic Public Relations Assistant to support our PR and event marketing efforts. This is an entry-level role ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to begin a career in public relations, marketing, or nonprofit development.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the planning and execution of promotional events and fundraising campaigns
Help distribute promotional materials
Maintain relationships with local media contacts and community partners
Monitor media coverage and provide regular reporting
Conduct outreach to potential donors and event participants
Represent client brands at events and interact with the public
Assist in brainstorming and developing marketing strategies
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong verbal communication skills
Comfortable speaking with the public and working in a team environment
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
Passion for nonprofit causes and community engagement
Previous internship or volunteer experience in PR or marketing is a plus
