About the Role
As a Public Relations and Marketing Communications Assistant, you will receive direct mentorship from senior managers and gain cross-functional experience across every area of our organization. You will work closely with our high-profile clients to support brand exposure, customer satisfaction, and in-store marketing campaigns. From strategy to execution, this role is designed to give you the foundation for long-term career success.
Key Responsibilities
Support and implement marketing and public relations strategies for key accounts
Assist with in-store promotional events, ensuring smooth setup, operations, and tear-down
Help develop and distribute branded marketing materials and promotional displays
Track campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and event success metrics
Communicate directly with customers to build brand trust and awareness
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, retail partners, and clients
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaign performance
Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and improved customer experience
Potential to move into campaign management or leadership roles based on performance
