The Prospect Development Analyst is a member of the Advancement Operations staff, reporting to the Director of Prospect Management and Research. The position supports fundraising efforts by identifying, researching, and rating prospective University constituents (i.e., individuals, corporations, and foundations) using on-line databases and other sources of information. Conducts database queries and data analysis in support of prospect identification, qualification, and management. Prepares detailed profiles and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel. Assists in maintaining prospect tracking database, reviewing fundraising staff documentation for prospect management updates, and implementing other prospect data projects as assigned. Works closely with a core group of fundraisers to meet their prospect research and data analysis needs.
FOUR - YEAR DEGREE IN A DISCIPLINE RELATED TO THE FIELD ASSIGNED AND ONE YEAR OF RELATED TRAINING OR EXPERIENCE ; OR EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE . ALL DEGREES MUST BE RECEIVED FROM APPROPRIATELY ACCREDITED INSTITUTIONS .
