Job Description

We are seeking a Property Services Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and improvement projects for our commercial and residential properties. This role is essential in ensuring properties are well-maintained, tenant needs are met, and property enhancements are executed efficiently. As a Property Services Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day property operations, including lease management, tenant relations, and vendor coordination. Additionally, you will manage property improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with company goals. Responsibilities:

• Oversee routine property maintenance and vendor contracts
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Develop and maintain strong tenant relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction
• Plan and execute property improvement projects, renovations, and capital expenditures
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
• Track project progress, manage timelines, and proactively address potential risks
• Implement cost-saving strategies and efficiency improvements for property assets

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience in property and project management
• Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Highly detail-oriented
• Familiarity or knowledge of CRMs, project and property management software, etc
• Proactive and a strong communicator
• Leadership and management experience
• Property management license is a plus
