JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
This role is responsible for executing the processes, procedures, practices, and services that enable and support the marketing-related strategies implemented on the US Property Management division’s properties regarding Fair Housing compliance, Equal Housing Opportunities (EHO) laws, and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports the mitigation of alerts/warnings found within our Fair Housing software platform for all active properties by monitoring, reviewing, categorizing and prioritizing alerts/warnings and by determining and communicating appropriate actions.
- Supports the mitigation of issues found within the Web Accessibility software platform for all active properties by monitoring, reviewing, categorizing and prioritizing accessibility issues and by evaluating vendors, templates and properties to ensure Company standards are met.
- Supports the mitigation of issues identified in the web footer compliance report in collaboration with Property Systems and preferred and nonpreferred website vendors by completing audit/testing and by managing and adjusting policies to ensure Company’s web footer compliance.
- Supports the Company website scoping and scanning, cookie categorization, configuration and implementation.
- Engages with website vendors and internal/external stakeholders on EHO and WCAG concerns and priorities.
- Creates, develops, and provides monthly reporting to leadership and to marketing and legal teams.
- Makes recommendations in area(s) of expertise for changes in processes, procedures, systems, tools, and standards to enhance efficiency and improve workflows.
- Occasional travel may be required to attend business meetings, training programs, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position.
BASIC KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Marketing, Business, Real Estate or related fields.
- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience
- Good process management skills and a proven ability to manage and complete multiple activities, tasks, and processes according to specified timelines, legal standards, and defined outcomes.
- Solid written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with vendors and business leaders.
SPECIALIZED SKILLS:
- Experience with Fair Housing software and training on and understanding of fair housing guidelines and compliance.
- Experience with Web Accessibility software, and training and understanding of Web Accessibility standards (Greystar) and Web Content Accessibility 2.1 Guidelines.
- Understanding of Greystar property website requirements and website ecosystem.
- Experience with and understanding of One Trust or cookie compliance script generation, cookie compliance implementation and support across various web platforms, GTM container, and categorization and un-categorization protocols.
- Familiarity with RPA file usage and APIs.
- Knowledge of breakdown of HTML code.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000
Additional Compensation :
- Corporate Positions : In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
- Onsite Property Positions : In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
