Project Manager/Engineer 

Position Overview:

Oversee and manage projects from initiation through shipment, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Oversee projects handed off from the Sales/Application Engineering team.
• Maintain and manage project documentation
• Verify and confirm project details, including:
  • Customer Purchase Order (PO) technical requirements.
  • Specification compliance.
  • Engineering requirements (thermal and mechanical designs using in-house and third-party software).
  • Quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Engineering & Documentation

• Compile and maintain all required documentation to clearly communicate project requirements to the Design team, including generating code calculations, detailed engineering specifications, and compliance documentation.

• Review and submit approval drawings to customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and engineering within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong understanding of mechanical and thermal design principles.
• Experience working with engineering software and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of quality and compliance standards related to industrial equipment manufacturing.
• Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and calculations.
