Job Description

Position Overview: The Project Manager is a critical role in our organization. This individual is responsible for managing our residential and commercial roofing projects to ensure they are completed on time and to the highest quality. This individual will coordinate the materials, labor, and subcontractors to ensure the projects are completed efficiently. They will also provide oversight and management of the budget, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage residential and commercial roofing projects from start to finish.
• Steep Slope 
• Coordinate the materials, labor, and subcontractors to ensure efficient completion of projects.
• Lead the team to ensure milestones are met and quality is maintained.
• Monitor and manage the budget for each project.
• Identify and address potential issues early.
• Stay up to date on industry trends.
• Provide progress reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager.
• Steep Slope
• Experience in commercial roofing.
• Experience with roofs of various materials including shingle, tile, metal, and steep slope.
• Experience with multi-family residential roofing.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
