Position Responsibilities of Commercial Roofing Project Manager:
* Oversee and manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish
* Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
* Coordinate with team members, subcontractors, and clients
* Perform site visits and inspections
* Handle project documentation and reporting
Position Essential Job Functions of Commercial Roofing Project Manager:
* 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing
* Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam software
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Ability to travel to multiple project locations
* Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
