Job Description

Storm Guard of Madison is a rapidly growing company who is quickly becoming an industry leader. For over fifteen years, Storm Guard Roofing and Construction has specialized in roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors, painting and more.

We are looking for a Project Manager who is customer service driven, high energy, and team-oriented to join our company as a Key Company Leader to lead production and to grow with our company

Responsibilities:

Run field production for all trades: roofing, siding, windows, painting, gutters, and carpentry.
Responsible for overseeing W2 Field Managers and Carpenters
Responsible for overseeing about 30 subs
Ensuring job margins are strong and align with company goals
Provide support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Show strong priority and time management behaviors
Ensure that all field programs, systems, and initiatives are being executed at a high level
Build and implement needed procedures and operations manuals
Provide field training and coach crews to improve brand delivery and productivity
Manage key supplier relationships and pricing
Recruit and evaluate subcontractors as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of construction experience
Must be knowledgeable in multiple trades
Experiencing managing subcontractors
Strong customer service skills
Hiring, training and supervising crews
Experience in managing project gross margin
Detail oriented and organized
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to navigate software based platforms.
Physically able to inspect jobs in the field as needed
