Job Description

Main responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Develop and maintain a master schedule using Project Management Institute (PMI)
• standards to manage and control all projects effectively.
• Monitor project performance and implement solutions for under performing projects.
• Provide regular progress reports on program implementation and delivery.
• Procure goods and services in line with the university?s P-Card guidelines and procedures, with the Director approval

Communication and Reporting:

• Produce high-quality written emails and reports
• Daily management and update of the Center's website and social media accounts

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Expand the Center's networking contact list
• Coordinate schedules and manage stakeholder meetings
• Attend meetings, seminars, and conferences to represent the Center and deliver
• presentations
• Work closely with stakeholders to seek feedback, identify best practices, and ensure
• they are reviewed and adopted as needed

Program Development:

• Collaborate with the Center's team to develop programs that maximize impact for all stakeholders
• Analyze participant information and program outcomes to inform stakeholder reports
• and business planning
• Work with colleagues to improve processes and procedures, enhancing the Center's
• impact on the communities it supports, particularly marginalized groups.
• Coordinate with other centers, agencies, and organizations, arranging referrals as necessary

Event Planning and Coordination:

• Plan and manage events for outreach activities
• Organize and coordinate workshops, conferences, webinars, and other events sponsored by the Center

Professional Development and Other Duties:

• Undertake training and professional development to enhance the quality of the Center's processes, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Perform other duties that commensurate with the job title
