SAIC is seeking a Sr Enterprise IT (EIT) Program Manager to lead a mid to large, complex EIT program with significant growth and modernization opportunities. Qualified candidate will have the unique opportunity to lead dynamic teams, driving project management excellence across strategic IT initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage mid to large-scale IT service management programs, ensuring alignment with DoD/IC objectives and compliance with relevant standards and practices.
  • Oversee a portfolio of projects, guaranteeing they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, meeting or exceeding stakeholder expectations.
  • Implement robust project management frameworks and methodologies that facilitate agile and responsive IT service delivery.
  • Engage with high-level stakeholders, fostering relationships and maintaining open lines of communication to ensure transparent project progression.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence across all IT service management spheres.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks, employing proactive strategies to navigate through regulatory, technical, and operational challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging best practices and lessons learned to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accountability for the strategic direction and execution of IT investments, ensuring they support the overarching mission and vision of the DoD/IC.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited institution with 18 years experience.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of recent experience (within the last 15 years) in managing complex projects with 100+ employees and in excess of $50M of annual revenue in the Cost Reimbursable and Fixed Price environment.
  • Experience managing a large/complex IT Service Delivery Program within the DoD/IC environment, with a demonstrated understanding and application of ITIL/ITSM and Agile frameworks.
  • Holds an active Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
  • At least ten (10) years of project management experience within a DoD/Intelligence Community environment, with specific roles in IT Service Delivery.
  • Possess experience in managing and leading geographically dispersed staff with varied skill levels in a project environment similar to the TO specifications.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Advanced Education: Hold a Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • DoD Market Experience: Extensive experience working within the DoD Market, with a deep understanding of DoD Agency-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • IT Innovation and Modernization: Demonstrated experience in implementing IT innovation and modernization initiatives within the DoD environment, including transitioning to modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Managed Services Expertise: Proven track record of effectively implementing and managing IT managed services that enhance organizational efficiency and mission effectiveness in the DoD context.


Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
