Concept Plus is seeking a Program Manager to lead technical support for a DoD IT System.
Responsibilities:
- Manage program/delivery performance, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Possess working knowledge and experience administering and managing multiple, concurrent IT tasks and programs of similar scale, such as leading a 20-person team responsible for delivering IT systems capability or product management.
- Ensure task compliance with industry-accepted standards.
- Demonstrate knowledge of configuration management (CM) and quality assurance (QA) concepts and guidelines.
- Have experience successfully managing Government-Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) and Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) based system development efforts, including system integration and web content management.
- Possess experience managing large AWS Cloud-based applications that interface with multiple systems on different platforms.
- Analyze, diagnose, and define problems and issues related to system development/sustainment, and develop effective resolutions.
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills with customers and management.
- Utilize key performance parameters to monitor work performance, measure results, deliver product deliverables and solutions, support management decision-making, and facilitate communications.
- Identify risks, resolve problems, and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Institute and maintain processes to track and resolve problems and action items.
- Deliver timely status reporting.
- Track and monitor corrective actions to improve performance, identify lessons learned, and incorporate them into applicable processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- US Citizen with Active Secret Clearance
- 10 years of relevant experience with:
- Project Management
- Infrastructure Software Development
- DoD IT Systems
- Software Development in an AWS Cloud environment
- PMP or Scrum/Agile certification preferred
