Job Description

cFocus Software seeks a Program Manager to join our program supporting USDHS at TSA HQ in Springfield, Virigina. This position has remote capabilities. This position requires an active Secret clearance and must meet 8570 requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a computer, engineering, or science field.
• Active Secret Clearance
• DHS Experience and Suitability.
• 8570 Compliant (Security+ CE)
• A minimum of 15 years of IT cybersecurity management experience including 3 years of direct support for the US Government OR a relevant Master’s degree in IT, computer science, business or engineering and 10+ years' of IT cybersecurity management experience including 3 years of direct support for the US Government.
• At least ONE of the following security certifications: Certified Authorization Professional
• (CAP), Certified Information Systems Security Officer (CISSO), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• At least ONE of the following project management certifications is desirable: Project Management certification from Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management
• Professional (PMP), Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) P/PM certification Level III, or Federal Acquisition Certification (FAC) - P/PM certification Level II.
• Experience communicating effectively, both oral and written, with technical, non-technical, and executive-level customers.
• Understanding and experience with Agile principles, processes and methodologies.

Duties:

 

• Oversee all services provided under the Enterprise ISSO Program Services contract.
• Responsible for the management, administration, technical correctness, timeliness, and quality of services and products provided under this contract.
• Responsible for providing and managing the human resources necessary to perform the required activities.
