Program Management Consultant V (Multiple Positions)

Full Time W2 in Northern VA (Contingent)

At least 20 years of program management experience for DoD/DON acquisition programs. This experience must include one or more technology areas including, strategic planning, concept development and requirements analysis, systems design, engineering and integration, test and evaluation, and integrated logistics support, as well as acquisition and life cycle management.

Position Description/Tasks to be Performed:

Program Management Consultant V provides technical/management leadership on strategic tasks or technology assignments. Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Has executive level domain and senior expert technical knowledge. Provides advice and analysis to the Government; improving management, control, and execution of key activities and efforts.

• Support the PMW 240 PM and DPM
• Evaluate incoming communications, prioritize for action
• Draft correspondence and briefings on the full range of program office activities
• Advise the PM or DPM on all matters for the program office
• Perform planning, analysis, and evaluation on the effectiveness of programs, and program office operations, processes, and procedures
• Review business requirements and other documentation from multiple sources to identify and resolve cross initiative dependencies and ensure consistency of approach across the command
• Use qualitative and quantitative techniques to analyze and measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of programs and complex program operations
• Develop recommendations and implement to organization processes and procedures

Other Requirements:

• Must be a United States Citizen
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance

Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field from an accredited program with at least 20 years of experience.
