We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Program Analyst to join our talented team. This role requires a balance of technical experience, conceptual thinking, and practical application to manage and evolve navigation systems that integrate our complex IT infrastructure with advanced engineering solutions. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, both internally and for our clients.

Work is performed on site in Norfolk, VA and Virginia Beach, VA.

This position is contingent upon award news Spring of 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Manage and monitor project cost, schedule and performance of major Department of Navy (DoN) and Department of Defense (DoD) projects/programs.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Customer to manage expectations and ensure timely delivery of systems and products.
  • Responsible for all aspects of contract performance to include implementation, program Life-Cycle Support, and technical assistance.
  • Manage projects to ensure quality, consistency, and operational efficiency in all phases of project delivery, working with DoD personnel, collaborating closely with Project Managers.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Physical Sciences, or Business.
  • Five (5) years professional experience in program/project management supporting Navy Electronics Systems to include: Technology Assessments, Systems Design, Systems Analysis, Programmatic Support, Acquisition Planning, and Budget Planning.
  • Project Management Skills: strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Project and Program Management proficiency in using project management tools and methodologies in addition to Microsoft products, to include Teams and Skype.
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense (DoD) procurement policies.

Desired:

  • One (1) to three (3) years' experience working with an In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) team focused on Maritime Position, Navigation and Timing (M-PNT).
  • PMP certification. 

Required Security Clearance:

  • US Citizenship required.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance.
    • Active Interim Secret or final Secret clearance is preferred.
