Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift
Job Location: Forest Park, IL
Shift: 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM (4-3 Schedule) – rotating / occasional weekends
Salary: $80k/yr+, based on experience + 10% annual bonus

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead and manage hourly employees while executing production and logistics plans. This role requires someone comfortable in both manufacturing and office environments and skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

The Production Supervisor oversees all operations for the assigned shift—including production, warehousing, labor relations, quality, safety, site security, and regulatory compliance.

Production Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations of the production shift, ensuring adherence to FDA, GMP, and HACCP/SQF guidelines
• Supervise, direct, and support production operators through all phases—receiving, processing, mixing, baking, packaging, and shipping
• Oversee shift-level performance across warehouse, labor relations, quality, safety, and compliance
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma and 5S methodology
• Maintain a safe, organized environment in line with FDA and internal standards

Production Supervisor Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role
• Experience with food manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments strongly preferred
• Proficiency in process control, packing, and mechanical operations
• Knowledge of FDA guidelines, GMP practices, and safety protocols
• Software required: SAP
