Production Supervisor – 3rd Shift

Direct Hire Opportunity | Lynwood, CA

Salary: $70,000 – $75,000

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM

A long-established manufacturing facility located in Lynwood, CA is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead 3rd shift operations. This is a direct hire role offering long-term stability, benefits, and the opportunity to contribute to a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and support production staff to meet daily output goals and quality standards.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and coordination of production lines.
• Monitor key performance indicators to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance.
• Work closely with cross-functional departments including QA, Planning, Maintenance, and Warehouse to resolve production-related issues.
• Ensure all operations meet current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), FDA regulations, and OSHA standards.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Manage documentation including incident reports, deviations, time-off requests, and attendance records.
• Act as a point of escalation and provide support in the absence of the Shift Lead or Supervisor.
• Enforce company policies in a fair and professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in OTC pharmaceutical or FDA-regulated environments.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• In-depth knowledge of GMP, GDP, and FDA compliance standards.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive accountability and teamwork.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree, college diploma, or equivalent practical experience.
• Understanding of production line processes, filling equipment, and manufacturing procedures.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage competing priorities.
