Production Supervisor

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations and ensure the highest level of performance and quality standards are met. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the production process, from scheduling to performance evaluations and disciplinary procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and facilitate the day-to-day activities of the production staff
• Coach and mentor team members to achieve their highest potential
• Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
• Ensure that all work is performed to meet quality and safety standards
• Lead continuous improvement efforts, including Kaizen events and statistical analysis
• Oversee the production of sheet metal and extruded aluminum products
• Manage the production of HVAC systems

Qualifications

• 4 year degree preferred, 2 year degree is acceptable
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in sheet metal, extruded aluminum, and aluminum production
• Strong knowledge of production scheduling and inventory management
• Experience with performance evaluations and disciplinary procedures
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and related production processes
• Strong coaching and leadership skills
