Job Description

Seven Valleys, PA Site is seeking a Production Scheduler, 1st shift, $20 hr, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in our fast paced, dynamic environment.   Interview required.

Duties:

• Review and maintain production status of customer orders and materials for those orders.

• Collaborate with production team leaders, materials group, and purchasing to determine progress of work and completion dates then providing sales with dates of completion.

• Expedite customer orders and materials for those orders.

• Maintain customer shipping schedules for production, inspection and shipping.  

• Maintain web-based status of customer orders.

• Maintain records of order re-schedules from customers.

• Creating spreadsheets, letters, forms and other documents

• Completing special assignments and projects

• One to two years of related experience and/or training in manufacturing; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Must have the ability to communicate appropriately with different levels of employees, from production employees to the President.

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Ability to communicate technical data clearly (both in writing and verbally)

• Highly organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize work

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
