Main Responsibilities Awaiting You

• Expert operation of vital production tools in adherence to safety norms
• Quality assurance duties ensuring standards compliance
• Disassemble, meticulously clean, and reassemble factory equipment
• Precise logging of production data
• Strategic response to processing dilemmas in collaboration with leadership
• Maintain thorough organizational and cleanliness standards
• Achieve both quality and production metrics
• Firm compliance with safety regulations
• Be prepared for varied responsibilities according to needs
• Regular attendance is key, given the collaborative nature of the role
• Open to overtime when business demands peak workload

Preferred Skills and Educational Background

• Manufacturing experience is favorable
• Proficiency in operating forklifts is advantageous
• Competent in basic numerical and literacy skills
• Effective communicator with well-honed skills
• Quality-conscious with keen attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Hands-on mechanical skills with practical tool use

Are You Ready for This?

• Lift up to 55 lbs. consistently during shifts
• Adaptability to prolonged standing and dynamic movements
• Regular attendance in alignment with ADA, FMLA law standards
• Frequent stair climbing during shifts
• Mandatory safety equipment usage

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

Shift Options:

Multiple shifts available with possibilities for overtime according to business needs:

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
