Job Title: Product Manager
Client: Undocked
Location: Day1 Onsite - Atlanta, GA

Job Summary:

The Product Manager is a pivotal role within our team, leading strategy and roadmap planning for Supply Chain and Fulfillment capabilities. Responsible for ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs, the Product Manager drives the development of customer-centric products and features.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate regularly with Business to identify and define new capability requirements based on business value.
  • Develop comprehensive visions for new features, including performance metrics and evolution plans.
  • Maintain Global Product Roadmaps for Demand Forecasting and Replenishment Products.
  • Propose solutions that balance the needs of different customer types or critical metrics.
  • Adjust roadmaps and plans when functionality does not meet expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional communication, including operations and business process impacts of feature updates.
  • Mentor and develop junior product management talent.
  • Work autonomously with a high degree of ownership.

Desired Qualifications & Experiences:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager/Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise Supply Chain Planning/Inventory Management systems.
  • Proficiency in Supply Chain processes and technology, particularly in Supply Chain planning (e.g., Assortment planning, Demand Forecasting, Replenishments, Space planning).
  • Ability to build and optimize global product roadmaps based on business value.
  • Experience in large, matrixed organizations, influencing others and building relationships.
  • Track record of implementing Demand Forecasting and Replenishment solutions at scale, ideally in Retail/e-Commerce.
  • Strong understanding of Retail and Inventory Management domains.
  • Proficiency in collaborative, cross-functional software design and development teams.
  • Experience with creating, prioritizing, and accepting epics and user stories.
  • Ability to conduct user research and testing to understand needs.
  • Skill in defining goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product value.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and/or Aha!
