Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Actively manage and translate part requests generated from work

orders into purchase orders to suppliers

• Provide accurate and timely feedback on established purchase orders

including lead times and supplier promise dates.

• Collaborate with project managers regarding available part

conditions, lead times, and pricing options for optimal customer

service.

• Maintain and expand usage of Min/Max inventory settings for

optimized stock on hand.

• Support vendor managed inventory accounts for consumables and

hardware inventory.

• Facilitate procurement for miscellaneous non-inventory items and

shop supplies as requested.

• Provide quotations as requested for customer RFQ efforts, tooling

and support equipment.

• Other business procurement needs as requested.
