Description *Email valerie.montoya@rht(.com) for consideration* Robert Half is currently seeking a Procurement Specialist for a client located in Woodland Hills, CA to join a leading travel and tourism company based in Woodland Hills, CA. This is a hands-on, onsite position ideal for a tech-savvy, organized, and personable procurement professional with a strong background in vendor management, asset recovery, and cost optimization. Requirements Requirements: + 3+ years of procurement or sourcing experience (IT hardware procurement is a plus) + Strong knowledge of vendor lifecycle management and procurement best practices + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills preferred Procurement & Sourcing: + Manage end-to-end RFI, RFP, RFQ processes + Negotiate vendor contracts and pricing for goods and services + Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize spend Technology & Asset Oversight: + Recommend laptops/workstations based on departmental needs + Coordinate hardware setup and workstation deployment + Manage IT asset recovery and escalate delays per company policy Systems & Reporting: + Utilize ServiceNow for asset and ticket management (preferred) + Prepare detailed reports using MS Office Suite, particularly Excel + Familiarity with D365 (ERP) is a plus *Email valerie.montoya@rht(.com) for consideration* Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
