Job Description

The Process Technician (Plastics/Injection Molding) is a critical role in our organization, responsible for developing, validating, and improving manufacturing processes for our plastic injection molding products. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement safe and effective manufacturing processes for plastic injection molded products.
• Keep costs under control and boost profitability, make sure that all production tasks are completed in a way that satisfies quality standards and is both economical and efficient.
• Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes for effectiveness and efficiency, and recommend changes.
• guarantee the best quality at the lowest cost, collaborate with the sales and production teams to create quotes for new and revised components.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of injection molding technologies, materials, and processes.
• Provide technical support to production personnel.
• Perform process validation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in process engineering, with a focus on plastics and/or injection molding.
• Strong understanding of process principles and process improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
