Job Description

The  Manager of Private Events is responsible for ensuring the seamless planning and execution of all private dining experiences at the Company. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, a strong focus on guest satisfaction, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver high-quality.  This role serves as the primary liaison after the booking process has been confirmed and is responsible for every stage of the event process—from planning to follow-up. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

• Serve as the primary contact for all private event clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Deliver exceptional guest service throughout the entire event process.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients from initial booking through post-event follow-up.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute all private dining and special events.
• Create detailed event orders and timelines and collaborate closely with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee event floor plans, setup, decor coordination, and special requests.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by actively managing service quality during events and promptly addressing any concerns.
• Personally meet and greet clients at the start of each event and stay until the event is moving along; 
• Proactively manage and resolve issues by anticipating, identifying, and addressing problems as they arise.
• Available during holidays, weekends, and late hours, as needed. 
• Experience with Tripleseat, OT, and creating floor plans.
• Other related duties can be assigned.
