Job Description

The  Manager of Private Events is responsible for ensuring the seamless planning and execution of all private dining experiences at the Company. This role serves as the primary liaison after the booking process has been confirmed. The event manager will be responsible for every stage of the event process—from planning through to on-site coordination and follow-up. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, a strong focus on guest satisfaction, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned events that enhance the guest experience and contribute to the restaurant's overall success.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

  • Serve as the primary contact for all private event clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Represent the brand in all client interactions, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service throughout the entire event process.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients from initial booking through post-event follow-up.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all private dining and special events.
  • Create detailed event orders and timelines, and collaborate closely with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee event floor plans, setup, decor coordination, and special requests.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by actively managing service quality during events and promptly addressing any concerns.
  • Personally meet and greet clients at the start of each event and stay until the event is moving along; if unavailable, coordinate with the team to ensure proper client reception.
  • Proactively manage and resolve issues by anticipating, identifying, and addressing problems as they arise.
  • Provide high-quality, attentive service to all guests before and during events.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of and adhere to the Company policies, service procedures, and standards.
  • Available during holidays, weekends, and late hours, as needed. 
  • Experience with Tripleseat, OT, and creating floor plans.
  • Other related duties can be assigned.
