Responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior team members to analyze and evaluate potential equity opportunities.
• Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and industry research.
• Assist in the structuring and execution of equity transactions, ensuring alignment with investment strategies.

Qualifications:

• 2-6 years of Investment Banking / Private Equity experience
• Experience/interest within Energy, Sustainability and/or Infrastructure
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field. Advanced degrees and relevant certifications are a plus.
• Solid understanding of equity markets, financial analysis, and investment principles.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
