Position Overview:
As a Private Equity Associate, you will play a critical role in the investment process, working closely with senior professionals to identify, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities in the energy infrastructure space. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of private equity investment and to contribute to the growth of the portfolio.

Private Equity Associate Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed financial modeling and analysis to support investment decisions.
  • Assist in due diligence processes, including market research, financial analysis, and operational assessments.
  • Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with portfolio companies to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes impacting the energy sector.
  • Support the overall strategic initiatives of the firm.

Private Equity Associate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • 2-4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting, preferably with a focus on energy or infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Passion for the energy sector and understanding of industry dynamics.
