Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Private Equity Analyst to join our dynamic investment team. The ideal candidate will assist in the evaluation, acquisition, and management of investment opportunities within our private equity portfolio. This role requires strong financial modeling skills, market research abilities, and a deep understanding of financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including financial analysis, market research, and competitive landscape assessments.
• Build and maintain complex financial models to support valuation and investment decision-making.
• Assist in preparing investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of portfolio companies, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal and operations, to support transaction execution and integration.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting the private equity landscape.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or financial analysis.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range:

• The salary range for this position is typically between $70,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience and location. In addition to base salary, candidates may be eligible for performance bonuses and other benefits.
