Key job responsibilities - Drive product strategy and vision for the next-generation studios technology that leverages AI for reducing time and cost of productions - Inventor at heart, but not an inventor for the sake of inventing, someone who can credibly work backwards from inventing to deliver large scale outcomes that benefit both our customer base as well as our ability to increase selection - Lead cross-functional teams in delivering scalable solutions - Define and own product roadmaps that align with Amazon / MGM Studios and Prime Video's strategic objectives - Build and maintain executive-level relationships across Amazon's entertainment ecosystem - Mentor product managers while championing product excellence and innovation Basic Qualifications - 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience - 8+ years of technical product or program management experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience technical product management Preferred Qualifications - Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements - Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
