We are looking for a Principal for an International Elementary and Middle School based in Beijing. This is a full-time position commencing from the upcoming academic year or ASAP. About the roleAdministrationEffectively manage day-to-day school operations, oversee student admissions, placements, and records, manage facilities, supervise students, assign teacher responsibilities, strengthen parent-school relationships, cultivate staff leadership, comply with regulatory requirements, conduct staff meetings, and support educational program development and implementation. AcademicCoordinate curriculum planning and implementation, teach specific subjects, manage curriculum development and evaluation, oversee curriculum delivery and student discipline, monitor staff and curriculum performance, track student progress, and plan staff professional development. GeneralUphold high standards of staff performance and professionalism, promote respect and teamwork, liaise with school leadership for cohesive relationships, assist in student recruitment and promotion, maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders, review and maintain key handbooks, and ensure health, welfare, and safety within the department.
