We provide quality early childhood education for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years old. We are not a daycare center. We take pride in the level of care and education we provide for the children. The Academy is the premier location to work if you are not looking just for your next job but for a purpose.
What you can expect:
The simple answer is - there is no typical day! Every day is an adventure. You will be responsible for the care and well-being of little ones including toileting, meals/snacks, rest time, outdoor play, curriculum implementation, and close supervision. Combine all this with songs, stories and silliness and you have a typical day at The Academy!
Monday - Friday Schedule (no late nights or weekends!)
Pay Rate is $15.00 - $20.00 an hour depending on education and experience.
Requested Qualifications:
At least six months of experience in a preschool is encouraged but not required.
Degree or Certification in a childhood education related field is recommended but not required.

-The $100/child employee childcare cost (1st child only*) benefit has been extended to December 1st, 2025. Employees hired by this date will be eligible for this benefit.
