About the Job:
River Road Early Learning Center is hiring reliable, passionate, caring, and motivated individual to be a teacher in a preschool classroom. RRELC is a wonderful community full of engaged families, teachers and administration.

Full-Time Preschool Teacher.
Responsibilities:

• Discuss assigned duties with classroom team in order to coordinate instructional efforts.
• Safeguard and promote the well-being of all children in the preschool.
• Help plan and execute lesson plans and other activities in the classroom.
• Able to adapt teaching methods, lessons and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of students.
• Provide guidance to each child to make good choices and to develop a sense of personal responsibility.
• Create and conduct daily classroom routines.
• Reliable.
• Flexible.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Foster relationships with students and their families.
• Encourage students to explore learning opportunities.
• Treat each child with respect.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CDA or an Associate's degree or higher in education or a related field.
• Experience in an early childhood education setting.
