Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Preschool Teacher Aide to join our team! In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in creating a safe, stimulating, and fun learning environment for our preschool-aged children. Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher with implementing daily lesson plans and activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel welcome and supported.
• Supervise children during class time and playtime, ensuring their safety and engagement in learning activities.
• Supervise children during lunch, recess, and in special classes (STEM, PE, and Music).
• Observe children's behavior and development, reporting any concerns to the lead teacher.
• Participate in classroom setup and cleanup, maintaining a clean and organized learning space.

=Communicate effectively with parents and teachers. Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting.
• Strong patience, creativity, and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm for early childhood education and a passion for helping children learn and grow.
