About the Role

As an Automotive Service Professional, you will be responsible for greeting customers, taking and processing their service orders, and ensuring that they have a pleasant and efficient experience. Your exceptional customer service skills will be critical in maintaining our high standards of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at our service center.
• Assist customers in understanding the service process and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Take and process customer service orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth communication of customer needs.
• Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their service.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment in the customer waiting area.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications

• NO Previous experience in an auto service center required
• Must have experience dealing with people in a service setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
