Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies
Prepare a variety of legal documents, including motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence
Analyze client needs, propose effective solutions, and develop case strategies accordingly
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout legal proceedings
Represent clients in court appearances and argue motions during hearings
Deposition experience is advantageous but not required; we provide training
Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in pre-trial litigation
Admitted to practice law in the State of New York (NYS)
