Job Summary: HoneyCar RVA is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual for the position of Pre-Owned Vehicle Acquisition Coordinator (Entry-Level) at our dealership in Richmond, Virginia. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a base salary and commission in the auto industry. As a Pre-Owned Vehicle Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the acquisition and procurement of pre-owned vehicles for our dealership. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that we have a diverse and high-quality inventory of pre-owned vehicles to offer our customers. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15 to $17 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, employees are eligible for commission based on their performance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, and paid time off. Responsibilities:

• Source and acquire pre-owned vehicles through various channels, such as auctions, private sellers, and trade-ins
• Conduct market research to identify high-demand and profitable pre-owned vehicles
• Evaluate and appraise pre-owned vehicles to determine their value and potential profitability for the dealership
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of acquired vehicles, including vehicle history reports, maintenance records, and any necessary repairs or reconditioning
• Negotiate purchase prices and manage acquisition budgets to maximize profitability
• Collaborate with marketing team to promote and advertise acquired vehicles to potential customers
• Maintain relationships with various wholesalers and used car lots to establish partnerships for vehicle acquisition

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in the auto industry or vehicle acquisition preferred but not required
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of vehicle pricing and market trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
