Position Overview

We are seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to ensure our clients’ pools remain in pristine condition. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and has a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining pools, monitoring chemical levels, and ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain pool decks, removing leaves, dirt, and debris.
• Skim and vacuum pools, empty skimmer baskets, and ensure water is free of debris.
• Test and adjust pool chemical levels to maintain proper water balance.
• Inspect pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters, to ensure proper function.
• Identify and report any necessary repairs or maintenance issues.
• Communicate with clients regarding their pool’s condition and any recommended services.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience in pool maintenance or a related field is preferred but not required. Training is available for the right candidate.
• Basic knowledge of pool systems, equipment, and water chemistry is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor as needed.
