PMO Manager – Security Systems Projects
Singapore | Project Governance, Cross-Functional Leadership, Physical Security Tech
SGD 7,000–8,000/month (commensurate with experience)

A leading solutions provider in the physical security space is hiring a PMO Manager to lead and scale their project management office (PMO). This role is central to delivering high-value projects in areas such as CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), and Integrated Detection Systems (IDS) for mission-critical clients across the region.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful planning, execution, and governance of mid- to large-scale deployments. What you’ll be doing

• Lead the PMO team and ensure alignment with company goals and project standards
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery—from planning and budgeting to execution and review
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, risk management, and project governance
• Drive agile practices and sprint planning to support technical teams
• Optimize documentation and reporting to maintain transparency and control
• Review financials and proactively manage project risks
• Improve and maintain PMO policies, procedures, and toolkits

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering (EEE), or related field
• PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL, or similar certification is a strong plus
• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in security systems (CCTV, ACS, IDS)
• Experience in a supervisory or lead role preferred
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills
• Strong attention to detail, leadership acumen, and the ability to multitask under pressure
