JOB DESCRIPTION

Plumbing Manager/Foreman:

A highly established local Plumbing Contractor is looking to fill a Plumbing Foreman position. THERE IS competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional development. A dynamic, fast-paced culture that thrives on innovation.

* Duties and Responsibilities

* Review blueprints and confirm the project scope, budget, and timeline
* Delegate tasks to team members
* Oversee each phase on-site to ensure the project moves smoothly
* Document materials and equipment use, as well as any problems that arise
* Produce regular status reports for upper management

Qualifications / Expectations

* 6+ years of professional plumbing experience; supervisory roles a plus
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Reliable transportation
* Coordinates manpower, tools, and equipment with Superintendent
* Provides information to Superintendent for material and labor needed for completion of the job
* Journeyman license required
* Commercial plumbing experience required
