We are a small manufacturing company that specializes in different plastics and composites. We are looking to bring on a Plant Manager that has experience overseeing manufacturing plants and team as well as P&L statements. Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing or Operations management and want to grow their career. You will oversee a plant of 100 people and report up to executives.
Must haves:
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing
- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing or operations management
- Plastics, composites, or injection molding experience
- Experience with P&L statements
