The Opportunity

• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Urgent Care or Primary Care physicians.
• Current CA state license is a plus.

The Practice

Peach Tree Yuba City - Yuba City, California

• 3-4 room Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
• Services include- medical, Behavioral/Vision/Dental/Pharmacy.
• Facility hours are Mon-Fri 7am-5pm; closed most major federal holidays.
• Annual volume of 4,000.
• diverse patient population including a high percentage of Medi-Cal patients and underserved communities.
• Peach Tree Health has been recognized in the Best of Yuba-Sutter Reader's Choice Awards for its urgent care and outpatient services.
