Requirements:

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Arizona
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• PTA with over 500 hours of supervised practice

Compensation Package:

• Production Bonus; 350.00
• 2000.00 Sign On Bonus
• 1000.00 Referral Bonus
• 5 Year bonus; 2000.00
• 10 Year bonus; 4000.00
• FREE CEU's offered on a quarterly basis
• Multidisciplinary clinic setting with Learning opportunities.
• State of the Art documentation system (Reduces unnecessary paperwork)
• Lucrative Supervision pay for supervising Veteran PTA.

**All bonuses are paid out contingent to minimum consistent caseload of 16 treatments per week during the initial sign on bonus, 5 years and 10 year anniversary and at least 1 year following the Bonus pay out date.

Job description

Theracare Pediatric Services is a leader in the disability space and is currently hiring Physical therapist assistants for our Mesa Clinic.

• Provides on-going therapy in a Clinic
• Communicates (to the parents as well as in reports, daily notes and in evaluations) observations regarding the patient’s progress, lack of progress, goals, etc.
• Documents weekly therapy sessions in our proprietary easy to use system.
• Responsible for maintaining good working relationships with coworkers and facilitating teamwork wherever services are being provided.
• Demonstrates sensitivity to cross cultural issues.
• Adheres to the regulatory and practice standards of Pediatric Physical Therapy.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required as a natural course of employment in the Company.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
