Candidates will be based at our Trichy delivery center and must be available to work night shifts (from 7:30 pm to 4:30 am IST).

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Engineering/Pharma Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for engineering and pharmaceutical roles, with a deep understanding of industry-specific requirements and talent acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Team Managers and Account Managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for engineering and pharmaceutical positions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage job postings and advertisements on various platforms.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market intelligence, and recruitment best practices.
• Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities to management.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours when needed to meet urgent recruitment demands.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in engineering or pharmaceutical recruitment.
• Strong understanding of technical/engineering roles and pharmaceutical industry requirements.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and job portals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
