Staying abreast of developments in personal injury litigation law
Handle civil litigation cases related to asbestos/toxic torts.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout the litigation process.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved.
Prepare for and represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and manage case files efficiently.
Staying abreast of developments in personal injury litigation law
