As a Personal Banker, you'll:
Receive the tools, training, and resources you need to excel in your role.
Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, understanding their unique financial needs.
Offer relevant product recommendations to improve their financial health.
Educate customers on various banking products and digital solutions.
Ensure financial transactions are completed accurately and efficiently while following company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments and refer customers to specialists when necessary.
Have the opportunity to earn more through a quarterly incentive program.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their financial goals and provide suitable product recommendations.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Educate customers about digital solutions and retail products that enhance their financial experience.
Complete financial transactions accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Identify complex needs and refer customers to the right specialists.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience is required.
Previous experience in a sales-driven environment is a plus.
This role may be filled as either a Personal Banker I or II, based on experience and qualifications.
