Title: PeopleSoft Functional SME

Duration: 7 Months

Location: Hartford Connecticut

Job Description:

• Project System Matter Expert focused on PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Benefits Administration.
  
• Experience implementing Qualified Savings Plans and supporting processes.
  
• Experience converting general payroll deductions to a benefits administration plan types.
  
• Experience with third party integrations and interface processes.
  
• Ability to work directly with PeopleSoft developers to achieve functional design objectives.
  
• Assist with testing and validation of plan data conversion.
  
• Familiarity and understanding of Secure 2.0 Act and its impacts to and setup of retirement savings plans.
  
• Working knowledge of various PeopleSoft HCM modules including Core HR Workforce Administration North American Payroll Time & Labor is also desired.
  
• Cloud experience is a plus.
  
• Assesses researches analyzes and documents stakeholder needs selecting appropriate information gathering and/or modeling techniques to solve problems.
  
• Recommends business solutions that satisfy stakeholder needs continually exploring and assessing options for valueadd for clients.
  
• Ensures successful completion of project objectives on time and as per Project methodology.
  
• Develops appropriate documentation and assists with end user training for assigned projects.
  
• Ability to provide knowledge transfer and training documentation.
  
• Strong communication and written skills are required.
