Job Description

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft professional to join our team, specializing in law enforcement systems. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in PeopleSoft applications, custom development, and cloud migration, with a focus on the unique needs of law enforcement agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Consult, implement, develop, and upgrade PeopleSoft Applications & PeopleTools
2. Develop and upgrade customized PeopleSoft modules, SQR Reports, CRONTAB, Security Trees, interfaces, and other system customizations
3. Lead migration projects from on-premise, customized PeopleSoft Systems to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) solutions
4. Work with highly customized PeopleSoft HRMS applications and integrated systems for law enforcement
5. Navigate and optimize complex infrastructure and software environments specific to law enforcement

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft consulting, implementation, development, and/or upgrading
2. Proven track record of developing and upgrading customized PeopleSoft modules and system components
3. At least 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft customization and cloud migration
4. Minimum 6 months of experience working with law enforcement PeopleSoft HRMS applications
5. At least 1 year of experience working within law enforcement IT environments, including related enterprise software, productivity tools, hardware, networks, and storage systems
6. Strong understanding of law enforcement governance and IT requirements
7. Excellent project management and documentation skills
8. Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
9. Familiarity with law enforcement-specific software and systems
10. Certifications in PeopleSoft or related technologies
